We may, at your request, assist in arranging insurance, but responsibility for securing adequate coverage ultimately rests with you.

Either party may terminate the service agreement by giving written notice in accordance with the agreed terms. Upon termination, you are required to arrange for the prompt removal of your goods from our facility. If goods are not collected within a reasonable period, storage charges may continue to apply, or we may dispose of the items following notice.

All information shared between you and MaxReach Fulfilment Ltd during the course of business is considered confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent unless legally required to do so. Similarly, you agree not to disclose any confidential business, operational, or pricing information you may obtain from us.

Intellectual property associated with our branding, website content, documentation, and service materials remains the property of MaxReach Fulfilment Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute these materials without our written permission.
